Orland Ripoff Took deposit lied about car dishonest

I was dealing with Aris at the dealership.

They listed a 2001 BMW 530 on autotrader VIN WBADT53471CE91XXX, I am from NH and explained that I need their honest opinion of the car before purchasing it. When I called they told me its in great shape. I put an offer of $18,900 and they accepted, taking $1,000 from my credit card. Then they called back and said it had a salvage title. I said can I send carchaex out to confirm the condition?

Carchex found about $4,000 in things wrong with the car, from the dash pixels going out to bald tires, missing switches, vibration problems. For $19,000, you would think they would recondition the vehicle. They refused to reduce the price even though they lied about the cars condition and they also refued to get any kind of repairs done on it.

The same day this happened they also called me and said they sold the car to someone else and that my deposit would come back to me.instead they charged my account $1,000 that day and I am also out another $79 for the inspection on that lemon.

Stay far away from these loser liar rip-off artists!

The sooner everyone does the sooner they will be out of business and back to broom sweeping at the local jail, where these criminals belong!
