Got ripped off by

The immediate situation started when I was working out in the
snow on a slab job (installing duct under ground) there was no
shelter, no heat and we would get in trouble if the boss showed
up and we were sitting in the truck. So I worked and it was a
cold snowy wednesday and we were out there for hours. I got sick
and had no health insurance because of the company frequently
changing company's, so I went to my mother's at the end of the
day, who is a registered nurse, it seems I caught pneumonia along
with my whole family. So I called in sick the next day and the day after that then the weekend came and I went back to work
on monday (still sick but feeling little better) and Tim asks me
did you see a doctor and I told him no (no policies were presented
to any employee no employee handbooks on this matter) I was fired
with no prior warnings no notice just go home. So I'm a big boy
I accept it. When I try to get unemployment he tell the investigator all kinds of fabrications acting like they guarantee
40 hours a week in the heating and air buisness you work when
theres work and if there is none they send you home, and sometimes before you even clock in. I was presented with questions
like "why didnt you work this day" and "how come you only worked this many hours that day"and he told the investigator that he couldnt depend on me and his own son doesnt show up most of the
time and does nothing. Ive done more for that company than anyone
there, they just dont like the fact that I know all about their
dirty deeds wich I wont mention because their irrelevant.
