Ripoff dishonest pay

I have been an employee of Fennell container for about seven months. My complaint is that Fennell is not operating in accordance with the Department of Transportation. I am a CDL-A driver, and I am not supposed to work over 12 hours a day. I clock in at 6:00 A.M. And I dont get off till after 6:00 P.M.
I am told not to clock out because I am over on hours, and they do not want any grief from the D.O.T. Well I am working more than 60 hours a week, but they will only pay me for about 58 hours becasue they say they can not pay me for more than 60 because it is against company policy for them to be working me over 60 hours. They dont mind working me over 60 because I wont be clocking out, and I dont think that is fair because I am working more hours than what I am getting paid.
