I would like to report this person so others will know what she has done to me and others

She rents out a apartment that is totally unliveable and will not fix anything when i was forced to move out she garnished my wages and when i payed over two thousand dollars she is garnishing my wages again

The apartment is totally unlivable and nobody stays there over a month it is dirty no amont of cleaning could possibly help the stove refrigerater shower all did not work there was no heat no place to dispose of trash

She also did not tell me i would be responsible for hundreds of dollars for lawncare
