Jacobs Motors - Ted Jacobs Car Accident ripoff

I just want to tell all who is willing to read this that RICH people are not invincible. I was in a serious car accident with the man that owns Jacobs Motors in Rapid City SD. Not only has be hurt me he has hurt another person. Ted Jacobs should not be allowed to drive ever again. This is why I believe when people reach a certain age they should not be able to drive anymore.

I was driving down La Crosse St to go and pick up my sick daughter from the baby sitter. As I got closer to the intersection I noticed a man was driving through a stop sign. He never stopped and completly totaled my Mercury Mountineer. I not only was it by him but when he hit me he pushed me into another car. He never even stopped and braked when he hit me. He just kept going.

Finally he decided to stop and get out of his vehicle. He came to my car and proceeded to tell me he was so sorry and everything is going to be alright. Well Everything is not alright. From just this accident alone I have to go to Physical Therapy 3 times a week, see a massage therapist 2 times a week and go to a Chiropractor 1 time a week.

I think the worst part of it is that this not his first accidnet. He hit a young girl on a bike last summer and completly knocked her off her bike.

Just because you own a dealership does not give you the right to drive when you are not healthy enough too.

I am now dealing with a lawyer and hope that we suck every last penny out of him. I hope you all hear this and don't buy cars from a man that can't even drive one himself.
