Loser drug addict DEAD BEAT mother who has no time for any of her four kids

I don't understand why someone who is capable of having children would possibly ruin their lives. Diane Slivka has four children, two boys from her ex-husband and a little girl (Victoria) and a little boy (David) from my husband. She has not seen her two oldest sons in over three years, and only calls once in a blue moon. Her two youngest ones live with me. Victoria is two and David just turned a year old. They have lived with us for the past ten months, after she had them taken by the state for doing drugs and breast feeding her baby. Nice isn't it. Anyways, the State of Nebraska has set up visits for her, but she has missed all of them in the last two months. The State goes out of their way (I feel) to help her out, to better herself. She gets cab vouchers to go to work, when she actually has a job. They require her to go to drug treatment and mental therapy, which they pay, for but she doesn't do it. I am at the point where I wish she would just go away or completely change her life. Why I do know that everybody makes mistakes in life, their is a time to realize it and either face it or let it only affect you. My husband is a perfect example. The reason why him and Diane ever started going out was because of drugs. I left my husband when I found out he was doing them, and he found someone who would actually do it with him. That was probably the biggest mistake of his life, but in the end he is a completely different person. When Victoria was a year old and my husband had been clean for about six months, we decided to get back together. At the time we didn't know Diane was pregnant. Even though she is the one who got these babies taken away, Ralph agreed to drug tests, drug treatment and anger management to get custody of them. We fought so hard to make sure that these precious babies were going to be okay, and Diane cant do any of it. She has taken two drug test, then stopped. She has been kicked out of her drug treatment twice for not going.in the last ten months she has only bought a pack of diapers and each of them an outfit. We only recently filed for child support, because of all her broken promises. Victoria loves Diane, and I hate that she waits for the people who transport them to visits, outside on the steps, when thats all she does. Wait. Once Diane forgot to call and cancel the visit and they actually picked them up and took them to her then house, only to find out that she no longer lived there. Another time it was McDonald's. They drove to four different McDonald's and couldn't find her. It is so heartbreaking for this little girl. I truly hope this woman figures out what she really wants in her life and does it.
