Tim Jacobs is a first class scam artist. He took my money and I have proof he did so. I sent this money to him so his lawyer could prepare promissory for me to sign. Needless to say Tim never gave me my loan and took my money. He was always busy so called traveling and made excuses each time I asked him about my loan. Watch out this guy needs to go down.
