Leisure Time Warehouse
I cancelled and saw copy of cancellation notice but they refused to give me a copy for my records now i am stuck with the credit card comp as pool place went bankrupt-no cancellation notice on file

In june i signed a contract with leisureure time warehouse for a installed pool six months-same as cash. I was layed off of work at the end of june. So, i canceled my order, in person, and saw the order canceled-Due to me not having a job.
I had asked for a copy of the invoice saying it was canceled they did not give me a copy. The manager's name was sean..
I thought everything was okay UNTIL
the charge company - 6 months same as cash called me to tell me that we owe on the pool. I told the charge comp. That was canceled last year. Leisure time warehouse apparantly, took the money from their credit card user, at the time, and i did not realize that until over 6 months was up and the credit card comp. Said that the order was never canceled. Now, i have no pool or can i afford one. BUT the credit card company insists we owe. Leisure time warehouse went belly up-bankrupt. The new company taking over -says they found the installment agreement - i signed BUT never -found a cancellation paper-.
Now i am in trouble with the charge company - due to the old leisure time pool place-located in north royalton, oh 44133 on york rd. No wonder the company went out of business. This completes my rip off report on leissure time warehouse pools in north royalton, oh
