What a JOKE!!! I move so I take down the 24' above ground pool and carry it with me. The base plates and bottom rails are rusted completely through! It is a wonder it was still standing!"No warranty on those items" says rfw! They have a parts dept if you can call it that so I was willing to purchase those items. After standing around waiting on the totally inept loser untrained sales guy I was informed that "I should call " the 1-800 number to Leisure bay! Their parts guy is out for the week!

So, ok, I left and called leisure bay. After being on automated hold for 15 minutes, I ordered everything I needed at a price I could live with. 2 to 5 days I should get it all. 6 days later—nothing. Called again & was told they didn't have everything in stock like they said, but will get from "other warehouse" and ship immediately. 3 days later—order is here, BUT, short half what I ordered! This after confirming my order twice with the person on the phone!

I am at my ropes end! The entire pool industry is a rip off franchise!!! And from what I know, recreational factory warehouse is a front for leisure bay and they both SUCK!!!
