Guardian First National Benefits
They lead me to believe was recieving a government grant they got my bank account

Miscellaneous

I was solicited by telephone, A Jamaican accent I wasto receive a government grant of $12,500. They convinced me thatthey needed my bank information to send it. As stupid as I now know it was I gave it to them. Then they proceeded to try to sell me Medical insurance. I told them that I did not need it, I am covered by my employer. They told me I only had to reveiw the information and that I could cancel within 7 days and nothing would be billed to my account. I researched them on the internet as soon as I got off the phone.

I found that they were listed as one of the this website rip off reprot. I imediately called back to cancel. They told me I couldn't cancel until I receive my welcome letter. I told them I didn't want the welcome letter. Also not to take anything from bank account. They told company policy said that I couldn't cancel until I recieved my welcome letter. I waited to recieved my welcome letter and cancelled. They have billed my bank account the 29.99 "processing Fee".

I'm concerned that they will continue to tap into my account. Out of fear of this I have withdrawn most of my monies from my account. Because of this I have aquired a couple of overdraft fees from checks that I had forgotten were out. I may just change banks after I pay the charges. As a safety precaution. I feel really stupid. For anyone else " If it sounds to good to be true, then it probably is"
