First National Health Care Benefits
Ripoff took $299.95 from my bank account and I got nothing for it!

Miscellaneous

This company is a total scam! They promise but never deliver.

They call you up try to sell you on how you can get government grants.in order to do this you have to sign up to take a look at their health care program, tell you to take a look at the information for seven days, and if you would like to cancel to call an 800 number to cancel.

They even throw in a supposed $100 just for looking at their program. I tried to do this, I got nothing! After they had all of my information I was disconnected. Someone called back about five minutes later told me that they were having computer problems and that someone would call me back later that day, I got nothing!

I got a letter in the mail about four days later. The package that it arrived in looked like it was missing something.

The letter talks about how they're the finest discount health care in America and about all of the money saved. It also talks about a government grant information guide. After this I waited a few more days and tried to call them I was put on hold for hours, I tried all different times of the day it was the same. I even wrote them a letter telling them that I wished to cancel from the program and to please take my name off of they're list.

A full 10 days later I look at my bank account and there is a check for $299.95 made out to First National Health Care Benefits.

I have been calling them ever since and I keep getting told that the refund policy takes 2 to 3 weeks, that I get a letter in the mail and I am to fax it to them and then I will get a check in the mail for my money. I need this money back as soon as possible. If any one can help me with this please do
