Ripoff, stole $149 out of my account, had my personal info

I recieved a call November 4, from a gentleman informing me that I had won a free vacation thru my bank. That I now don't even know I had entered for. He had my bank acct number routing number address and everything.
Which my bank says is impossible that no one can get your bank acct number in anyway. But anyway he had it. He said I would recieve a phone card in the mail and more information and that I wouldn't be billed as long as I called and canceled it.

On November 9 recieved a phone card and a letter. I immediately called and recieved a computer to cancel over the phone. I canceled like that then called back and listened to menu and spoke to a person whose name was Gregory he never gave his last name. He said he cancelled it and I would not be billed now my bank which is US Bank now has a overdraft on my account of 149.00 plus 20 dollars a day overdraft charge. When I got this account I was told I had overdraft coverage which would be 20 dollars now they tell us it's twenty dollars a day and that they have nothing to do with Teliflex and that we are liable for any illegal actions taken upon our account.

We called them about this before and told them someone had gotten the information and we would have to close our account and let all outstanding checks bounce was their only resolution. So I decided it would just be easier to just call and cancel as soon as I got the letter, which I did. Now here I am stuck with this debt the bank says can't be stopped except by me paying them. It's up to 176 dollars as of today and will rise 20 dollars a day until I pay it.
