Well, these guys tried to get me to do he exact same as what is in these descriptions. When he first called, I suspected something (first of all since my caller ID said 0000920182, where's that?!?), so I asked him what his telephone and address was. Not surprisingly, he couldn't tell me. So I told him I would find my account stuff and to call me back, I wanted a coworker that wasn't there at the time to hear this idiot wanting my bank account info. He did call back, this time with his "supervisor" who spoke a little better English that did give me the address and phone number. I googled the address, and this website came up.
What a scam... So my question, where did they obtain my info? He called me on a cell phone, the number to which I NEVER give out, until about 2 weeks ago, to a auto store to that checked my credit. The lady on the phone transfered to their credit guy, which was a recording, very suspicious. Now, this is the ONLY person that has obtained my cell phone number, and now I get a call from these idiots? It's more than a coincidence I think, and I am curious as to how many of you guys have applied for credit at an auto store (or somewhere)? It was one of those "Bad Credit No Problem places". I believe the creditors are selling the information.
