Lied about return of downpayment, said it goes to the finance company ripoff!

To anyone this may concern, i'm from illinois and i purchased a 1996 pontiac trans am ws6, i put 2,500 down on this vehicle, the i had soem issues with this car, and now i am in a 1994 mercury cougar, and now the carlot has taken my downpayment and refuses to return it to me for any reason.

Scott jones - carlot manager, told me" that he cannot refund that down payment becasue it goes to the finance company, so i contacted well fargo where i had that loan trough and they told me that they donot recieve that for any reason, so now i am in a bind, hmm why do used carlots lie about such activity to their customers, thast really un fair, so now i am in this 1994 cogar, and now they are planning on putting a used motor into the pontiac trans am i once owned, that to me is really shady.

I would aprecaite my down payment back, so i guess now i have to go to small claims with them to get that returned to me. This is really out ragous someone needs to do somethign about such activity... If yo uhave been shafted by this carlot please feel free to put in a rebuttal!
