Ripoff misleading hard working people

I read an ad in the shoppers guide for a place to find a good car i found an ad that said all kind of credit welcome 99.00 down to take over payments.

The advertisement also showed brand new vehicles when i called i was assured they could help i already informed them that i had lousy credit they say it was fine i went their with my sister;s fiance to 400 w. Merrick rd in valley strem, ny. Only to find a used carlot i was getting angry already" i asked where is the new car showroom they said down the block at this time im thinking okay ill take something because i cant keep calling in to work because of no transportation so my salesperson was serge whom just happened to have took a car salesmen class 3 years prior with my sisters fiance (small world)

He assured us that since he knew him and they knew the same scams that he would be honest with me which he is not usually.

I was told they had a special finance manager donnell middleton whom is guaranteed to get me approved so i went around the lot to find the cheapest car which was a 99'dodge neon.

I was told to sign all the paperwork and leave 100.0 downpayment then when i return bring the proper insurance to drive off the lot.

2 days of calling around for insurance quote i finally got a fair quote i was ready to get the insurance thursday morning before i went over to get the car and what do you know i had to call only to find out i was not approved and to see the receipt of my downpayment back and they would cut me a check.

Today 2 weeks later i still dont have my money or no transportation. Please help i am currently a licensed nurse with 35,500 annual income can you lead to an honest dealer who deals with trouble credit and also get my money from the crooks at valley stream mitsubishi.
