County rips off investors in jail bond issue corruption county commissioners sheriff

3 years ago there were 3 municipal bond issues here to build a new jail, $17,545 million dollars worth were sold, $14,800, 000 was spent building it, we were told.
MBIA insurance company insured 10 million worth, 5 million was not, 8% interest became unservicable on them due to the economy, 5 million was lost and people who bought them lost, My father being a CPA got the documents on the bond isues from the chamber of commerce, being about 6 inches thick, each, he is the only man around here capable of deciphering them, after being a CPA 40 years, and teaching buisiness law and addministration 30 years, and going to law school, with a county default eminent, a jail sales tax was planned, after we campaigned against it, "80 radio commercials" and newspaper ads, and it was voted down, i began to be followed, and staked out, even in restaraunts, by county sheriffs and highway patrols, everywhere i went, having a respected doctor here eating lunch every day with me, he will verify this, on May 28 in another small town nearby, in this county, my girlfriend and i were pulled over, 'for going too slow" 45 in a 55, and were detained by 5 police in 5 cars, a drug task force with a dog, 10 counting the dog, responding like to a bank robbery, and detained and interrogated for about an hour, i called the chief of police and the city manager, the log showed a 17 minute, one cop traffic stop, the city manager subsequently was fired, Im not sure over this or over other stuff also.

The county commissioners, the old sheriff, "who left when the default became apparent", the architect, and the building company, were the targets of the grand jury, right prior to the proceedings, the son in law of the building company filed a false police report on me, after breaking the crystal on my watch changing a battery in his jewelry store, with the doctor with me witnessing the watch was not broken, when I handed it to him, august 14 my father testified as the chief financial witness against these people, in the grand jury investigation, the next day, a county sherrif was on the highway, a highway patrol, and another patrol car farther down the road, pulled me over, arrested me for throwing out a small amount of contraband, took me to the jail in question, which subsequently led to me being tied up with handcuffs and leg chains, beaten and kicked by a jailer named Brian Martin, and another detention officer, breaking ribs on both sides and injuring my low spine which I am having surgery on march 22. They put a bag over my head and beat me about the head after they got finished kicking me and stomping me feet with their boots, this bag over my head was placed there while they had me in a restraining chair with my arms and legs tied to the chair.
