New hanover county, nc, passed a bond issue in 1894 to build sewers.
The fee to the property owners was to be $200 per tap.
Now they want $2000! The county commissioners used the money for anything else and have not yet built the sewers despite collecting the taxes for 18 years!
We are starting a class action suit to fix this fraud.
