Need to wake up and stop ignoring the inmate abuse at the franklin county jail

The Commissioners will be glad to tell you the Sheriff is an Elected Official who does not have to report to anyone for his actions and decisions. The problem with this is the Commissioners do fund the Sheriffs Department budget and could make the Sheriffs job rough if he doesnt want to clean up the jail by cutting back his budget.

Again wake up o'grady-brooks and brown quit turning your heads to the very disgusting and serious abuse issues going on at the franklin county jail..

One last note... A group needs to be set up consisting of a mix of individuals who are allowed to inspect the jail anytime day or night. Theres a reason the sheriff doesnt allow media in the jail.
