I purchased a vacation package for $400 in Dec. While on the phone with the representative, I did do a background check on the internet, as well as asked many questions and everything seemed legitament. She told me the company has been in buisness since 1988, providing vacation packages at a cheap price because they were an advertising firm and the best advertising is with word of mouth Imformation was sent out to me about 4 weeks later. I even received a call 5 months later to tell me they had changed their customer service phone# to 1800-849-1409. A fter trying[ Jan ] all the phone #'s provided there were no calls answered. I have tried the number of another complaint [ 321-206-3814 ] and was told by whom ever answered that it was a tax firm.
