Ripoff promised vacations and then unable to contact them after paying for the vacation

I was awarded to be a "winner" in January through a web site. After calling the company and asking lots of questions of which I wrote down phone numbers, details of the vacation package. Approx. 6 months later I called to verify their company was legit. And they seemed like they were. Now I called today Jan 7 and all numbers were disconnected or the wrong number. I believe this company is fraudulant and should pay for their actions.
