No brand new strength equipment!

I have to say, this gym is the worst gym in the world! Who set up this gym, the Three Stooges?

A friend and I, both Latino men, stopped by Planet Fitness in Montgomery, IL. We walked in, and there was no one at the counter, so we proceeded inside. No one ever said a word. One person was cleaning the leg press while someone was sitting in it (how does that work?). The person on the leg press was just playing with his phone while people were waiting to work out. There is no respect in this gym. Everyone has no idea how to work out, and there is no one to show them how. Everyone there is lost. We talked to some members, and they had nothing good to say about this gym. It's not 24/7 like they say it is.

The leg curl press was not working, and the button was on the floor. One member mentioned that they have tanning there, but the machines are never cleaned and they don't go the full time of the tan, whatever that means! We were there for about an hour before I said that's it. As we walked out, not one person asked my name or for my membership pass, and the garbage cans were full. There were little purple candy wrappers on the floor around the cardio machines everywhere.

I have a question: Is there anyone ever there to help members, or is this gym just running on its own? As we left, I took my free pass and threw it out. How does this business stay open?

This gym:

- There are no PF classes here
- No certified trainers
- One leg press
- One cable machine
- One pec deck machine
- One lay-down leg curl machine
- AND NO BRAND NEW STRENGTH EQUIPMENT! I called both Aurora locations, and the Naperville location has the new strength equipment. Why don't the Latino members get the same equipment like other Planet Fitness locations do?
