Paid $550 for help and he stopped answering my calls

Met Mr. Hill, he knew I was having financial problems and said he could help. He then made advances on me and took advantage of the vulnerable position I was in. When I declined his offer of help in exchange for personal time with me, he became angry and stopped answering my calls. I had paid him 550.00 dollars and he has done nothing for me. So basically he stole my money and treated me like a prostitute.
