Federal Hill Mortage
Misleading, deceptive loan practices

Business & Finance

Be Warned of this company, it seems they are only out to make loads of money for themselves! Our refinance loan was never completed, after about 5 months in process, because Federal Hill Mortgage is not an approved lendor at some banks. But, we were told it was declined do to your credit rating.

It appears they choose the banks based on how much money they will stand to make, not what's in the best interest of their customers. We recevied misleading and inaccurate information, we were lied to and mislead, the entire process cost us thousands of dollars and was a complete waste of time.

This company is a disgrace, don't give them a chance to take advantage of you. After more than 5 months we still have not received anything in writing that informs us of why our application for a refinance loan was not completed. This issue has been referred to a goverment dept for review.
