Dr. Clockwork
Violet wand broke under warranty and maker refused to help

I bought a Dr. Clockwork violet wand from a distributor of this company's products. It broke before the warranty expired. I was told 30 days. So I tried to return it to them, and they said they were just a distributor, that it is a Dr. Clockwork product, and that the company was where I needed to return it. So I contacted Dr. Clockwork and spoke to him directly (real name Michael Goldsmith). He refused to fix the item or replace it and would not let me return it. He said he didn't sell it, and to take it back to the seller. But they just distribute; they don't fix or replace, and they don't do the company warranty. It is his company and his product. It was still under warranty. So I am out a lot of money because of him.
