Treadmill started making an unbearable noise after eight months

I ordered a Weslo manual treadmill about 8 months ago and I've had no complaints except recently it is making an unbearable noise, making it impossible to do my exercise. I am 65 years old and have no way to buy another one. I've oiled it very well, still no results. Can you help me with this issue? I will gladly give good reviews because this is a good item so far, but this noise when in use is unbearable and makes the product unusable. Thanks for any suggestions you may have!
