Weslo Cardio Stride Plus Purchased but not delivered

I purchased a Weslo Cardio Stride Plus from their website and had it delivered to my mother. Once opening the box and assembling the treadmill we found that they delivered a much cheaper version with no motor... I have spent all day attempting to contact Weslo at their 800 number and once I go threw all the voice prompts I am disconnected.

I will not use them again and if I were you I would seriously think twice about their products and services.
