Weslo support line disconnects after 20 minutes on hold

I have tried several times this week to get through to Weslo's Customer Service line. No matter which department I try, I am disconnected after waiting 20 minutes on hold.

I sent an e-mail through their contact option on the website at www.wesloservice.com, only to receive a generic confirmation of receipt. No one ever contacted me regarding my complaint.

I bought a treadmill at K-mart on 2/21/10. When I opened the box, the motor hood had a melted spot on it. I wanted Weslo to replace the motor hood because now, none the area K-marts have this treadmill in stock.

It appears I will have to return it for a full refund and just move on to another brand. Very disappointing.
