Terrible Fries and Burnt, Dried-Up Ribs at Seabrook Location

We eat out 2-3 times a week. Have visited many Applebee's in the past. Several dishes and salads are terrific from the menu. Last evening was a terrible experience at our home location in Seabrook NH. I ordered the riblet basket. First I sent the fries back because they were not fresh or hot - actually they were terrible! But then the ribs (or so they were called)! Very little meat, all bones, and what meat there was was so overcooked, burnt and dried up that it was like eating dried jerky. I couldn't even chew it. Since I had already sent the fries back, I was just too disgusted to complain again. I doubt we will ever go back. It gave me an upset stomach.
