Precooked Dried Out Hamburgers

My wife and I ordered 5 Krystals, 1 small Fries, 1 med Fries, and two medium Cokes. I ordered the Fries with no salt and that was not a problem. However, when we got our order the hamburgers were dried out around the edge, as was the bread.in disgust I threw them away after eating the Fries and drinking the cokes. My wife is from Chattanooga, TN and we eat breakfast and lunch at the Krystal on 58 HWY everytimer we are there. I was so very disappointed in the hamburgers.
