Return 2 PICS that don't maintain heat

I called on Jan 7 at 9:48AM and talked to Employee #TTC 1233 (I'm assuming this is Maria P that has emailed me twice to ask if the units worked! She assigned a RMA # KB312755 and said the return authorization would be sent out my USPS. I have sent numerous emails asking when I'll receive this RMA and have never gotten a response. These 2 PICS that I bought which was a buy 1 get one free offer that you see on TV all the time that were still under original warranty when I called her. They are real good at doing this and you never get any responses, I've tried calling them but I get put on hold then they disconnect! I have seen on the internet lots of people complaining about not even receiving their original order! They make great products but have the worse Customer Service I have ever seen!
