Ordered PIC buy one get one free only received one and none of the additional free or ordered items

I ordered the PIC cooktop offer buy one get one free.in addition was to receive 9" and 11.5" pans as part of this offer. Nuwave complete cooking package.

The S&P cost more then the order. I received one PIC and a cast iron grill I did not order. I never received any other items.

I called customer service number always redirected to voice mail. They never returned my calls.
Then tried email after 3-4 emails the company said something was wrong with my payment card.

I checked my card it was fine. Tried email again this time the Rep. Stated I could return my order but I would have to pay s&p both ways. But I could keep the 2 pans and had to return the two pic cooktops.

So how do I return something I never got. This company just wants your money.
