Yahoo! Small Business is a scam

So I have had a Yahoo Small Business account for 8yrs now, and recently missed my billing payment by 2 days. On the third day, I attempted to pay it but kept getting a message that payment transaction failed. So I kept trying to pay it but got the same message. I then tried emailing to resolve but the automated email does not allow you to state exactly what the issue is. Since yesterday morning, I have spent several hours in queue per attempt trying to get a live person on the phone. They are in California and I'm here in Ontario Canada. I get cut off every time after a few hours or less.
Today I learned that my credit card has been dinged seven times now since yesterday for this payment but my account still reads "Past Due"!
