Broken refrigerato

While under warranty, I called Sears to inform them that I've lost all the food I recently bought because my refrigerator was not cooling. I waited about two weeks for a technician to arrive and he told me parts had to be ordered and those pieces would come in five shipments. After waiting for technicians to service the appliance, Sears is choosing not to honor my warranty.
