Cannot file a complaint, they cause glitches in the system.

Windows 8 is the worst operating system I have ever encountered in thirty years of experience

Win 8 changes settings constantly. Cannot go back to what I was doing half an hour ago

Cannot close a page I am working on, most of the time.

No stat buttons no go back buttons unless Microsoft decides to let me have them

Most erratic piece of software in existence. 8.1 is no different
