The downfall of Microsoft as a whole - Microsoft office 2013

In the past year Microsoft has no doubt become one of my most frowned upon companies in the world. The new Xbox One is expensive to buy and even more expensive to buy games and accessories for, and when compared to the Playstation 4 I have no reason to go with the Xbox. It seems as though it is specifically designed for people with money to waste. Windows 8 has a terrible format and they have removed many of the very basic programs that made windows so great, and the new Microsoft Office is difficult to use and just getting a trial is not worth my time. If the company cares about its customers they will simply go back to the simplicity everyone loved.
