NFD Customer Service is POOR

I had a laminate floor installed in my basement with a moisture barrier in November.in August the floor buckled. (in 14 years, we have never had water in our basement and the basement if very dry. We store accounting boxes directly on the floor!)
I called in the claim in August and it is now November and they finally got back to me after thousands of emails and calls on my part, to tell me the claim was denied due to moisture in the basement! They have never sent anyone here to LOOK at my basement to see the conditions and denied it on No apparent reason!!! I will fight to get this fixed, but DO NOT BUY from NFD. Too bad, they had done my summer home about 7 years ago and they were wonderful. I guess they'll lose yet another customer!!!
