The Manager's are moving new tenants in and they are discovering EXISTING problems within their units and when they notify the rental office to request them to correct the problem they ignore you. When you call and complain about the problem not being corrected they use tactics such as making excuses, false promises, and or they are just rude, unprofessional NO INTEGRITY, NO ETHICS. But I'm not going to stop there the so called wanna be's you know the one's that want to be important because they have a title. These kind put themselves above the rest but in reality they are nothing but ghetto hood rats. I mean who do they think they are fooling most of them have come from poverty and wasn't born with a silver spoon in their mouth. When you are paying your hard earned money for service's where you live and the staff does not honor your request to keep - up the cleanliness of the inside of the building but instead spruce up the landscaping outside. You know that your renting from a slum lord because if you don't care about the resident's using the laundry room and there is no routine cleaning and or service's that spells out loud and clear sluuuuuuummmmmmmmmmm lorrrrrrrrrrrd but you are a manager and have a staff get real you are in the hood not in potomac md and that say's a whole lot about being kept in your place even with your degree you are not worth overseeing anything outside of this quadrant of the city so for all you wanna-bee's who think that you won't have to answer for the injustice's that you inflict on people who can not stand up for themselve's you will reap what you sew.
