Poor Management

Complained of the use of my former name sending correspondence repeatedly. Even after sent a written request and it continued for quite sometime. When I reported and complained of excessive noise, sending management a certified letter noting that the covenant has been broken (Peace and Quiet Enjoyment) stated in our Lease, and domestic fights all hours of the day and night spilling out into the hallway, Tenants smoking illegal drugs and the smell coming into our apartment. Southern Management's Staff and the Corporate Office making off hand comment's why don't I move if you don't like it here or Well you should move if it's so bad here when I called the corporate office to speak with someone again as to when someone will clean out the lent traps beneath the screen. I explained that they were filthy and are re-depositing onto residents clothes. The bacteria and germs from the sediments can cause an infectious disease which can spread and for someone with a weak immune system and respiratory problems there is ill regard for the residents who use the facility. The Resident's are entitled and have the right to request Management to clean these machine's periodically when necessary especially after visually inspecting when reported that they need to be cleaned.

Each time I've called the leasing office or the Corporate office to make a complaint they blow me off or make some off hand comment that I should move if I don't like there, or If it's so bad why don't you just move. Rather than just honor the request being made you receive insults, rudeness, arrogance, unethical hostile excuses when you are paying their salary's they act as if they are doing you a favor.

Oh and I almost forgot I called the corporate office asked to speak to the owner and was told that I could not because he has someone to handled Community Relations. Well when you have already spoken to that person previously and they bat you down and over talk you like you're stupid and you can't get any results you go to the top of the chain.

And if you are unsuccessful in reaching that person then you file a complaint and not with the housing inspector who advised me that he could not make management clean the dryer's.
