What idiot put together this company

This utility service is by far the worst i've ever dealt with. The cost is outrageous and stipulations to start service and/or transfer service is rediculous. A $200 deposit is one thing but to not be able to make any arrangement on that prior to getting service turned in is another. I mean give me a break after all the moving expenses who really has more money to fork out for a damn utility deposit right away. They really would not start services until it was paid and thats sad for something as essential is electricity. No other company gave me the blues but them so i had a new house with no electricity for a few days me and my kids where in the dark during the hot summer.
Now lets fast forward since then i've moved again into an apartment and to my surprise they're within the moreno valley utility range... Just great now im dealing with their asses again. So ofcourse something as simple as transfering service they had to make it so horrible! I think they all get off on pissing the customer off! So instead of transfering which they basically dont do they charge you a whole nother fucking deposit and before you can start the new account even though you paid a deposit, you have to have the old account paid up and your old deposit gets creditted to the new account! Now why the hell would i want my deposit from my old account to be credited to the new account that i already paid a deposit on?! I want my damn deposit in the form of a check in my mailbox like a normal utility company would do. I am outraged by this company. Im so fed up i've spoken to people who've said they wont even move to certain parts of moreno valley because of the utility company. They need to be shut down edison needs to take ove
