What a waste of my time

Bought a Controller and turbine from Mike who sold me a ton of stuff, blades and hubs over a few months. Straight up junk. My HOA made me remove it due to noise. We got 17 complaints from neighbors up to a block away. It never even charged the 6 batteries we had with it. Nothing but it was to be charging them. We have 13 mph wind base speeds here and often 30 mph in Western Texas. These are a lie. A electrician installed it all and called it a unprofessional novice set up, & really a fire hazard. Now they won't even acknowledge us at Missouri wind and solar. Even threatened once us not to post this kind of complaint.
