Complaint of Manager at The Tequila Ranch Hollywood Hard Rock Restaurant

I want to know tequila ranch's corporate phone number so I can call or an email address to give a complaint about the manager I've been having many problems with and would like your help on getting this information on how to go about getting a phone my bee or email to Tequila Ranch Restaurant in Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood Florida. The manager JOEL is the manger there and I never heard of a server paying out of their own pocket for a customers mistake no matter what! And he could of easily complimented the 4 drinks, that came out to $43.00 off our check himself which, HE TOLD OUR TABLE HE WAS GOING TO DO, because I didn't want our wonderful server to be at fault for my mistake, and the manager promised us he would take care of it but INSTEAD he made out server pay out of his own pocket. I asked the server if this always happens and he said its not the first or last time it will happen. I work in a restaurant and this is something I NEVER EVER HEARD OF. They don't even have a delete button so if they accidentally click a meal and dosent even send it to the kitchen yet they can't delete it and they have to pay for it, if their customers send back something they don't like or comes out wrong the server has to pay for it so i want to complain about this due to it happened to me and my guests dining at the tequila ranch at the hard rock in hollywood fla. Please let this get a chance to go get looked at because lawfully they can sue them for this as well but from a customer view this was horribly done wrong by this manager - JOEL when he could of easily comp'ed these $43.00 drinks instead of making our server who did nothing wrong pay for it himself!
