LongHorn Steakhouse - Horrible Service - Casual/Fine Dining

The original server could have been polite. We asked if he could bus the table so we could sit down and he responded; "I'm not the bus boy". We bussed the table ourselves. Those articles were not removed from the shelf behind us until we called for the manager Susan's attention. The table was never dressed with a table cloth (we sat outside on the hard iron table). The final server who never introduced herself by name (ticket says Courtney K) forgot to bring the salad's, so the salad's were provided after the meals. Condiments were requested twice from the server and were delivered 20 minutes after the food arrived (i.E. Butter/sour cream) for the baked potato and Katchup for the French Fries. It was my son's birthday and I was completely embarrassed. I suggested we go to LongHorn Steakhouse. I have no intentions of ever eating at a LongHorn facility again. To comp the entire debacle the manager Susan comped one desert for the birthday celebrant. It was an insult. We paid good money for a celebratory meal and were treated as if we were at a fast food restaurant. The whole evening was ruined. To top it off, the manager, Susan, acted as if she didn't even care.
