Wedding disaste

I ordered a special size dress for my daughter's wedding. Before doing so, I made sure of the return policy which stated that if the dress did not fit, they would pay to have it altered. If returning the dress it would be subject to a restocking fee. I received the dress, it is awful in everyway, especially the quality (looks like something inside a coffin). I called to get an authorization to return because it did not look like the picture as far as quality and was told I cannot return it because I ordered a special size. No where in the return policy online did it state this to be the case, in fact it says you cannot return due to size but can based upon quality. Otherwise I would have not ordered it. The company told me to prove that the picture does not look like the dress. This company is so unethical.
