Unfair cancellation charges

Tried booking airline tickets through this service - i entered "atlanta" as departure city - their sort proceedure presented a low fair list so i clicked on the lowest, it turned out that it sorted "birminingham, ala" as the top choice - when i contacted them (1-855-fly-eagle) to cancel because the city they presented was not the one i entered they charged me $30 pp ($60 total an 8.95 fee) even though it had been less than 24 hours! I later found out thru another agency that the flight was never even available.
