Esso Points not Rewarded

To Whom it May Concern,

Since March I have called Esso Rewards numerous times to redeem approx. 50,000 points in gift cards for my father who I am designated as his Power of Attorney. The cards were suppose to be mailed to him many months.initially I was told that the cards were mailed and that someone in the Post Office must of taken them. I was then advised that they would be re-issued and sent by courrier to my fathers home in Montreal. Every time I call I get a different excuse as to why they have not been sent. The lady's name who I recently spoke to with is Dawn in Moncton New Brunswick. She told me many weeks ago a manager will be calling but I have never received a call. Every time I call and ask for a manager there is no one available. My father and I have both been 100% loyal to Esso for many decades and we are both very upset as to how how poorly this has been handled.
