Rochester general hospital very rude and no compassion

My fiance had brain surgery at rochester general hospital in rochester ny and he wants me to stay there at nights with him. Cause it was a semi private room they wouldn't let me. Even though it was up to there own discrestion and could if they wanted to. They said it's not up to his roommate but up to the nurses on the floor and they all said no i couldn't stay. So i got kicked out. Even though it should be up to the patient's comfortality to help get better they wouldn't let me stay.in sicu had to tell supervisor to remove his nurse cause she had a real bad attitude and rude and was making patient aggitated and uptight. If i could remove him from this hospital in god's name i would. I would never ever recommend this hospital to anyone! Very rude and snotty and the nurses take forever to get to room. My fiance could of fell if i wasnt in the room with him, he tried getting out of bed but still unstable, i had to keep ringing the buzzer before he fell and cracked his head open. If i wasnt there he could of got hurt. I didn't see any harmful reason why i couldn't stay. It's not like i was loud or obnoxious. Just sitting in corner next to him nice and quiet. They were rude and inconsiderate. Dgsd
