Uncaring ripoff

This hospital isnt a good hospital. I went on 10-08-06. Had a mental health emergency. I was taken to a tiny observation room. The nurses didnt care about me. I asked for water, she copped an attitude and didnt bring it. I got really agitated from being in that little room. I told another nurse im getting agitated and angry from 5 hrs in that room. She told me "if youll be a good boy, I wont lock your door!" (I'm 43 years old) I now had had enough of this bs!

This hospital doesn't care about ppl with mental health diagnosis. I was put in the room, ignored for hrs and when I needed something. I had to wave in the window for a nurse who was rude and uncaring! Nursing staff never once offered to come and talk to me, calm me down. They ignored me! Never offered books or magazines. Never came and asked if I'm ok. When I left, none of them said goodbye, thank you or good luck!

This hospital doesn't help you. Never again will I go to this hospital for a runny nose!
