I was trying to download limewire on 8-27-13 and I got this site somehow. I picked the option of 3 years for something like $16 or $19; a one time fee. Then I couldn't figure out how to download anything. I saw something about frostwire that says it is completely free and scammers will try to make you pay for it. Then I look on my bank account and I see they took $96.96!! When I called the day after I left a message and my return call information. No one called me. I called again on 9-17-13 and the lady name Vanessa Trulio was soooo rude and refused to refund my money. She said I was outside of the cancelation period and that I downloaded frostwire so I couldn't get a refund. When I asked why I was charged the outrageous amount she tried telling me it stated it was a one time fee, but per year! It still doesn't add up! And she tried telling me that the website gave me a subtotal before I submitted it which it DID NOT. I am furious! Please help me get my money back and stop these crooks!
