Charged my bank debit acct for service i ordered on frostwire.com / free service

I signed up for free music downloads on frostwire.com
then a legitimate looking site popped up saying that i had to pay a 1 time fee of 17.88, so i entered my acct info to pay it

Then i checked my bank info, and they made 2 withdrawals 17.88 and 27.76.
I got back on frostwire.com and read where it is supposed to be totally free and that there were these popups, like helpmedownload.com that were a Scam.
