Internet & Web

This James Clarksen advertises on his website that because of the recent Limewire and frostwire lawsuits that they were supposed to give out free electronic such as ipads, tv, notebooks, laptops, ect... Then they charge your bank $19.95 supposedly for membership and shipping and handling. They say to pick your item and allow 4 - 6 weeks for delivery of said item.
When the waiting time is over and you contact them about where your item is they are rude and refuse to tell you, then they don't even email you back any more citing that it is your fault for asking for your item or your $ back. This is a rip off for sure. They also state 5 - 10 business days to recieve your item, when all your stuck with is $ missing from your bank, no item, and no correspondence, no refund and all headaches! Stay away from his site!
What suprises me the most is that they state it was seen on the following:
1) CNN
2) CBS news
3) NBC news
4) FOX news
5) ABC
6) Limewire
7) Frostwire
And I have yet to see any of these stations object to this or do something about this.
